2Soil Analysis
In the fields soil analysis are carried sunflower seeds with high resistance to disease and pests are sown under appropriate climate and soil conditions.
3Sustainable Sunflower Agriculture
Our farmer cultivates sunflower seeds in the field according to the Principles of Sustainable Agriculture. They actually protect the nature.More Information
a. Soil analyzes are carried out in the fields of each producer and fertilizer recommendations are made according to the needs of the fields and the amount of chemical fertilizer used is minimized. In addition, nature-friendly fertilizers are tested in some lands and thus; organic matter is increased.
b. There is no agricultural pest control in our region in sunflower production. Even when a disease is sought in a field cultural, biological, physical methods would be prominent choices. When it does not respond, using agrochemicals is the last option. It is ensured that the agrochemicals that will cause the least harm to human health, plant and nature will be applied under the supervision of our agricultural engineers.
c. Low voltage electric wire fence working with solar energy project is launched to help protect biodiversity in the area.
d. CPP (Crop Protection Products) Preparation Points are used for ensuring our farmers prepare CPPsin a hygienic environment and prevent leaking to soil and water bodies. All agricultural wastes are collected at the designated waste stations and disposed of by the companies licensed by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
e. Contracted farmers are provided with personal protective materials, warehouse management plan is prepared and followed up.

4Interim Audit and Control
While cultivating sunflower seeds by our agricultural engineers, our farmers are subject to inspection and control for the implementation of the principles of sustainable agriculture.
5Harvest and Storage
The seed is harvested and stored in a separate area by our farmer.
6Productivity Analysis
The productivity plans prepared before the harvest and the actualized situation after harvest are compared. In the light of this information, actualization productivity increasing action plan is prepared for the next year.
7Input Control
The harvested seeds are analyzed before procurement.According to the results of the analysis, purchase decision is given.
8Product Conformity
While sustainable raw materials are accepted to the Sunar plant, the responsible person accepts the product by signing the acceptance forms after verifying the traceability of the product.
9Certification Firm Approval
The raw material (sunflower seeds) used in oil production is approved by the control and certification body. After this stage, production starts at Sunar facilities.
10Production of Sunflower Oil
Production is completed.More Information
As a result, the final product is produced in line with customer expectations, legal requirements, the principles of Sustainable Agriculture, and Sustainable Production Methods. All stages of production are performed in our ISO 22000,FSSC 22000 certified facilities.
11Filling and Packaging
After the production is completed, the oil is filled with untouched by human hands principle.
12Labeling
The labels to be used in the packaging are adhered to the packaging in accordance with the Principles of Sustainable Agriculture and with the approval of the inspection and certification body.
13Storage
The sunflower oil products produced according to the principles of sustainable agriculture are stored in specially designated areas.
14Transport to Dealer
Our products are loaded and shipped to our dealers.
15Distribution to Groceries
Our dealer takes delivery of Sunflower Oil Produced According to the Principles of Sustainable Agriculture and distribute the product to the groceries.
16Consumer's Choice of Product
